Chileno Bay Introduces Second Phase of Residential Units

Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Los Cabos’ premier beachfront resort and residential villa community, will expand its real estate offerings with the fall 2018 unveiling of 28 new beach-front villas, 12 new hotel rooms and suites and a variety of social and culinary amenities for owners and guests.

Since opening in January 2017, Chileno Bay Resort & Residences has seen strong sales numbers and high occupancy at the award-winning Auberge property.

With simple, direct forms, the villas are clean, light and airy. The new homes feature an open concept with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open to ample private terraces. Ground-floor villas all have private, in-ground pools and spas, while upper-level villas have Jacuzzis on the spacious, open-air balconies. All residential villas are equipped with indoor-outdoor gourmet kitchens with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, immaculate finishes and fixtures and distinct artisanal furnishings and artwork.

The developers are also introducing new community amenities that appeal to the whole family — specifically, more opportunities for young adults to meet peers and simply have fun. The result is the new Young Adult’s Club, a casual space for gathering with a recording studio, gaming center, onsite photography coordinator and mocktail bar. Other new enhancements around property will include a coffee shop and an additional dining venue.

Montage Residences Kapalua Bay, one of the newest projects in Maui and home to 82 luxury residences, has shattered multiple records with a recent sale.

Set on an iconic piece of land within the community of Kapalua Resort, Montage Residences Kapalua Bay has recently sold a stunning oceanfront residence for a record price.

Residence 1505, which was on the market for less than 30 days, sold for $6.475 million ($2,321.62 per square foot). The sale marked the highest price-per-square-foot sale of any condo sold in Kapalua. Prior to this record-breaking sale, Montage broke a record last summer in Kapalua with a condo sale of $8.65 million ($2,133 per square foot).
 

The sale of residence 1505 also marked the highest price of any three-bedroom in Kapalua and the highest sale price for any sized condo in all of Maui in the year 2017.

Grace Bay Resorts has launched sales for Rock House, a Mediterranean-inspired collection of cottages, homes and suites with unparalleled views.

The Rock House, the first residential resort in the untouched limestone cliffs of Providenciales’ north shore, is introduced by developer Mark Durliat. With hope to elevate island living in Turks and Caicos, Rock House will feature 41 studio suites, one- and two-bedroom cottages ranging from 600 to 1,750 square feet and priced from $600,000 to $1.4 million.
The first phase of Rock House is slated to be complete in 2020, with a second phase of homes to follow. The second phase will include four additional four- and five-bedroom single-family estates.

“We are re-imaging what it means to escape to the islands, and buyers are responding. Twenty-five percent of the homes have already been reserved,” said Mark Durliat, CEO and co-founder of Grace Bay Resorts. “With an exclusive location in the upscale residential neighborhood of International Drive, Rock House will deliver an elegant property with timeless appeal that cannot be found in a traditional oceanfront condominium.”
The property will include personal plunge pools, private outdoor terraces, bathrooms with outdoor private shower gardens, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors to maximize the views of the island’s turquoise waters.
