In the 1950s and 1960s, Hollywood celebrities flocked to this house like bees to honeysuckle. California’s Northern California Delta region can soon expect a new residential community – Delta Coves, a “wildly water-centric” real estate development in Contra Costa County, is currently under construction.

Aaron Kirman, president of Pacific Union International, Estates Division and the listing agent for The Mountain, affirms that no other property with these possibilities exists any place close to Beverly Hills. “This is the only opportunity to own your own mountain that looks down at all of Los Angeles. Our likely buyer for this property is an individual who wants to build his or her own compound,” says Kirman.

Known for being havens of rustic, down-to-earth hideaways, ranches, farms and country estates are finding their way back into the forefront of buyer’s minds. Luckily for those interested, these properties can be found in nearly every corner of the U.S.
Located in the heart of Albany is Cane Mill Plantation, a $16 million estate in the heart of the quail plantation belt in Georgia.
