The record-breaking sale of Moana Residence, announced by Kohanaiki, caps off more than $120 million in sales for 2017.
Situated within the 450-acre private club community of Kohanaiki, the Moana Residence offers members access to Kohanaiki’s spectacular Clubhouse, complete with a restaurant and bar, a pro shop, exercise pavilions, world-class spa facilities, a four-lane bowling alley, movie theater, poker room, wine and cigar member lockers, private dining rooms, recreation room, wine and beer tasting rooms and member locker rooms. Kohanaiki, nestled near the town of Kailua Kona, was created to seamlessly blend into its coastal environment, earning it Silver Certification by Audubon International.
Kohanaiki’s membership is associated with the purchase of real estate at Kohanaiki, with homes ranging from $3 million to over $22 million.
