A TCI Belonger of Swiss origin, Nina was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and has called the Turks & Caicos home since moving to the islands with her family more than 30 years ago. 2019 marks Nina’s 16th year in the real estate industry in the TCI. Nina specializes in high-end property marketing and sales and is known for her process and service level with buyers and sellers at all price points, as well as for her product and market expertise at the high end of the market. Consistently ranked as the top producer in dollar sales volume in the jurisdiction, Nina remains the #1 producer by a wide margin, posting over $80 million in sales production annually. With her knowledge and passion for the Turks & Caicos Islands and its real estate, and vast worldwide clientele, Nina puts the unparalleled Sotheby’s International Realty brand to work to reach a uniquely qualified and diverse target audience. With the support of the Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty team, she has successfully sold many of the island’s most significant properties, including record-breaking sales on Providenciales and Parrot Cay, reaching $27M in single-transaction value. She has been a key contributor to the successful sales programs of leading luxury projects from inception, such as Grace Bay Club, Seven Stars, and the Beach Enclave amongst others, and proudly represents several of the islands’ most beautiful new developments including Rock House, South Bank, Blue Cay Estate, and the Shore Club. Nina attended school in Switzerland and earned a BA in Art from Swarthmore College in the U.S; She worked in the music world in New York City before re-settling permanently in the TCI. Originally licensed in Florida, Nina complemented her education with an Executive Program on Real Estate Management at the Harvard Business School. Nina has traveled the world extensively and is fluent in English, French, and German. She also serves proudly as a Founding Member and Director for United Way Turks & Caicos focused on education and reading initiatives.
