Specializing in Marketing Management since 1985, Bonnie had focused mainly on the Eastern Seaboard for a D & B Software Company and relocated to New Jersey in 1989. Holding a Brokers Real Estate License in New Jersey and Florida; she has relocated customers to the Northeast from all over the world, sharing her a vast knowledge of Ocean, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic Counties. Prior to joining with the Coastal Living Real Estate Group, she owned and operated a real estate brokerage for twelve years in Bergen County, and worked for Sothebys International Realty. Throughout her twenty+ years in real estate sales, she has frequently collaborated with architects and builders to consult or draft plans for any seller or buyer to increase the homes potential and show the future value of any property. For interior design expertise, she has partnered with staging experts and consultants to enhance the beauty of sellers homes for the companies professionally photographed brochure and open houses. She has a degree in Mass Communications with a focus in journalism and photography. Combine this with her technical skills in web design, digital photography and videography and you have the distinct advantage of a professional marketing package for the Local to Global market. Bonnie has been involved in community services and has volunteered locally as; a board member for the Arts and Business Coalition, the HCAPTF, TTW as a team leader, LEHYC as an entertainment committee co-chair and photography committee. She has had the pleasure of hosting or co-chairing events for; The Arts and Business Coalition, Gift of Life International, NYC Relief, HC Academy, ECHS, Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club, Eagles Wings Ministries, Touch the World Missions, Kids Christmas/benefiting children with cancer, and numerous additional fund raising efforts benefiting Israel and third world countries like; Nicaragua, Uganda, and Haiti. Memberships have included the Upper Ridgewood Tennis club, Arcola Country Club, Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club, and the USTA Tennis Association; she was a ski instructor in Vail, Colorado, a tennis coach for ECHS, lyrical coach for HCA and EC, and her hobbies include; tennis, skiing, golf, and sailing.
