CRS The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education and is only earned by meeting stringent requirements. Subject matter includes but is not limited to: marketing, financing, protecting client interests, residential investments, environmental issues, technology. GRI The National Association of Realtors is the conscience of the industry and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide the highest level of professional services. The GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on topics from servicing listed properties to real estate law and successfully dealing with the increasing complexity of real estate transactions. ABR The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed as an educational tool focused directly on the representation of buyer-clients. To obtain the ABR, agents must successfully complete both compulsory and elective courses and pass an exam, provide documentation verifying experience, and maintain good membership status in the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.
