He and his partner Raymond Rivera opened an EXIT Realty Franchise in 2007 during the worst real estate and economic recession in recent history. Not only did the franchise survive the times, but it thrived, going from 20 agents to about 400+ agents over the next decade. Sonny also remains very involved locally as the director of the local Multiple Listing Service for the past five years and recently became director of the Board of Realtors.
