Michael has earned the ePRO, Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and is a licensed USCG Captain. Michael became the first Realtor in SW Florida and the 11th in the state to earn his Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). This designation is awarded based on both actual performance and required education. The first awarded in SW Florida. Michael has completed the education and training necessary to earn his Certified Property Valuator (CPV), only the second awarded in Lee County. He offers Broker Price Opinions as part of his advanced service to his clients. Most recently Michael has completed advanced training and work review and is now certified by National Valuations Standards Institute. Michael has also earned his (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert to assist buyers and sellers with bank owned foreclosures and short sale properties. Michael worked for 15 years with UPS in a variety of roles. His training and management of projects helped him build his own business.
