Michael J. Palermo, a licensed Florida attorney and real estate broker, founded Palermo Real Estate Professionals in 2002. His desire was to offer the South Tampa and Tampa Bay area real estate markets more knowledgeable and better-trained real estate professionals. With a primary focus on the South Tampa real estate market, Michael is able to keep all of the Realtors at Palermo Real Estate Professionals keenly tuned in to the ever-changing market. In addition, his knowledge of the real estate sales process and firm grasp of advanced negotiating skills results in quicker sales for our sellers, better prices for our buyers, and fewer transactional problems than many of our competitor’s experience.
