I’ve enjoyed being a Realtor since 1996, having both owned my own real estate office and worked for franchise offices. I use my knowledge of the Umpqua Valley to promote the best interest of my clients in buying, selling, or investing in real estate. I know the builders, the neighborhoods and the areas, allowing me to point buyers in the right direction efficiently. My exceptional communication skills combined with years of experience working with diverse groups and my continued education allow me to move with ease among my clients, coworkers and community. I am especially skilled at assessing property values, but realistic and observant with respect to the needs of the seller.

My track record of success includes representing the interests of over 300 realtors at the state level. In 2015 and 2016, I was awarded the Berkshire Hathaway Network Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award for qualifying in the Top 1% of 50,000+ agents. I was also honored by my colleagues as the 2016 Realtor of the Year for my local Realtor Association. In 2016 and 2017, I received the Platinum award with Keller Williams Realty.

I’m a native of Roseburg having returned here after graduating from the University of Oregon to raise my family. We enjoy spending time at sporting events, on the river, camping, or on the golf course!

I’m actively involved in the community having coached track at the high school to being a member of various bowling leagues. I’ve also served on Professional Business Associations as a Director for over 10 years of our Local Realtor Association and have chaired various committees for the benefit of non-profit agencies such as Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.
