Having lived in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years, with 29 of those years spent in the real estate business, James has acquired an extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles market. He has always been in the real estate world, having grown up in a Lake Tahoe real estate family. James first came to Los Angeles to attend Pepperdine University and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree. Shortly thereafter, he obtained his real estate license and found a position at Coldwell Banker’s flagship Beverly Hills office— ranked as the highest producing real estate office internationally. He has been awarded Top 100 on several occasions, including this year. He also has been at President’s Premier and Elite status as a top-producing agent within his office--the Fifteenth consecutive year that he received these distinctions representing the top 2% of associates across the US.
