Tracy Kasper is the sole-owner and Idaho Broker of BHHS Silverhawk Realty and majority owner of BHHS Sun Valley Properties and BHHS Silverhawk Realty East Idaho. She has been in real estate for more than 30 years (24 licensed) and has experience in several areas of real estate with an emphasis in new construction, vacant and industrial land. Tracy has spent her career as a Top Producer and has been very involved in her community as well as her industry.
Tracy has helped raise more than $500,000 for children’s charities in her community and has served a two-year commitment (2016-2018) to the Gowen Strong program as an Honorary Commander for the Idaho Air National Guard at Gowen Field in Boise, ID.
She has served as an NAR Director for the National Association of Realtors® representing Idaho. She served as the 2016 State President for Idaho REALTORS®, as well as the 2017 REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Liaison for NAR. Tracy was also named the 2016 Idaho REALTOR® of the Year. She was the Vice President of Advocacy for NAR in 2019.
Tracy recently won her bid for First Vice President of the National Association of Realtors® in 2022 and will serve as the NAR President in 2024.
