From there, we have access to the staff bedroom, the covered laundry room with washer and dryer connections and storage space, and the service patio with space for a garden and storage room.br Very close to the entrance we find the guest bathroom.br On the first floor there is also the master bedroom suite and a study or baby room.br On the second floor, a spacious living room welcomes us and leads us to an en-suite bedroom and two equally sized bedrooms that share a bathroom.br Outside, a covered terrace connects to the forested garden, without automatic irrigation, and a second terrace where the barbecue area invites us to share with friends.br The house has a water softener, security doors, and parking for four cars.br
