The resort complex features 3 separate home sites, a private helipad, 2 docks on the island with over 14 boat slips, a mainland support site and support dock, and all vehicles, boats, and machinery required for maintenance and access to the Island. The Island is teeming with indigenous wildlife, including a breeding pair of Ospreys that make their nest on the Island. Water is supplied via a private water plant on the island and telephone, internet, and shore power is supplied via a submarine cable maintained by FPL.
