Outside the Great Room is the wonderful, screened Bahama room, with additional comfy seating and another dining area, perfect for lunch or dinner. The garden and beach are simply glorious! Lovely tropical plants and trees, a tiki hut containing kayaks and paddleboards, chairs and loungers. Sunbathe or lie back sipping a cocktail next to the calm, clear Bahamian waters. Listen to your favorite music on outdoor Bluetooth speakers and relax. There are two wings to the house off the Great Room, the west wing having 2 queen-sized bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, the west wing also has another tv/sitting room and large playroom for children, which could also be converted to an office. The east wing consists of a master bedroom [with TV] and en suite bathroom looking out at the ocean, plus 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All the bedroom furniture is good quality solid wood and all mini splits are new. There are even new, separate washers and dryers for each wing. Although Parlay has a very tropical beach house feel, all the conveniences for a comfortable holiday are there, including a generator for any island power outages bought in 2023! For peace and tranquility and for exploring blue holes, cathedral caves, and unspoiled beaches, Parlay is hard to beat. Or snorkel and kayak outside the back door! Located not far from Rock sound Airport, there are daily flights to Nassau and also from Governors Harbour airport which is about a 30minute drive to the north and also has flights to the US.
