The entire property is fenced for added security..It was designed by two famous French landscape architects and great travelers, Eric Ossart and Arnaud Maurieres…On the hillside, facing an impressive landscape, the house, built in a contemporary style that evokes the architecture of Luis Barrag?n, is accessible by walking through a natural meadow, transformed into a garden by a set of terraces and stone stairs, or by drive down a traditional pebble driveway, which leads to the garage and then to the main entrance of the house…The main fa?ade, made of volcanic stone, looks towards the rising sun and the hills covered with dense vegetation. Throughout its extension, a large terrace and a 30 m long pool are placed as a balcony facing the landscape…The entrance, to the south, shares a first main building with two bedrooms, with a dressing room, office area, bathroom and toilet…The main body is very simple and offers unusual volumes.
