Nestled in the heart of the jungle and just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this newly renovated double-story house is the perfect escape to unwind and enjoy the Pura Vida lifestyle that Nosara has to offer. Pelada beach has some of the most beautiful rock pools, caves, and of course breathtaking sunsets. Close to restaurants, a mini super, boutique stores, and shops. When you enter the house, you’re welcomed by a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large center island. The center island can seat 4 people. To the right when you enter the house is the Master bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom as well as a sliding door that opens out onto the patio and pool area. With large sliding doors that open out onto the patio from the kitchen, you have optimal natural light and airflow coming into the house. Next to the kitchen is a living area with an L-shaped couch and TV. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed ensuite bathroom, and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are the same size however the room to the left has a door that opens out onto a little patio that overlooks the driveway and the lush jungle. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with ACs as well as the living area downstairs. There are fans throughout the house as well as outside on the patio. The front of the house has an electric sliding gate and a big carport that can fit a car and quad. There’s an outside shower area which is perfect to clean up after the beach. The patio has a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the birds. You will also get to enjoy the howler monkeys, squirrels, and iguanas passing by.
