Whitetail Club‘s new clubhouse will offer over 300 feet of lakefront, designed to be a retreat and gathering space with year-round access for owners and members.

The clubhouse features indoor and outdoor dining areas overlooking the lake, as well as an indoor-outdoor bar. “It’s the atmosphere that makes it such a treat to have breakfast, lunch or dinner here,” says Whitetail Club’s Director of Sales Joe Carter. “You can sit and watch the sunrise while you eat and it’s pretty special.”

A separate activity center, The Boathouse, offers everything one would need for a day on the lake, including paddleboards, kayaks, sunglasses, hats, ice, coolers and more. Right outside of the boathouse and just steps from the glacial waters of Payette Lake are two hot tubs overlooking the mountains that are modeled after natural hot springs.

Whitetail Club features turnkey cabins starting at $995,000, home sites ranging from $250,000 to $1 million, and properties valued at $5 million. Carter notes, “When people come here, they say ‘time has forgotten about this place’ and that’s the charm of McCall.”
