The plumbing and sanitary systems were completely redone, and the home has new high-quality bathroom fixtures and faucets, and tiles with hand-painted Viepri and Baldelli ceramics. All of the hand lacquered windows and doors are double paned and filled with iroko argon gas. In the villa there is an alarm system that has sensors on the doors and windows, as well as a volumetric sensor. You can program the system via smartphone. The guesthouse was completely rebuilt from scratch. It has a wood load-bearing structure, with a THOMAHOLZ 100 system (and has the same finishes, features and installations as the villa). The property was renovated with a focus on the stonework, the type of radiant heating, the total re-roofing with double cork panel insulation, a "ventilated roof" covering with handmade terracotta tiles, the elimination of the tar sheathing (an element that therefore allows the inhabitants of the structure to produce vitamin D), the high performance quality of fixtures and minimisation of pollution due to electrosmog, and the electrical system that is made with shielded cables (in a spider arrangement and as many as 7 manholes equipped with thick copper poles, which dissipate residual electromagnetic fields). External areas The villa and other buildings are surrounded by private land measuring 2 hectares, with double automated gates. An in-ground swimming pool, on the other hand, cannot be built because the Municipality of Latina does not allow its construction in an agricultural zone. The lush trees are beautiful and immune thanks to zeolite remediation and the application of a variety of innovative Quantum Physics techniques, which have resulted in and maintained exceptional soil quality over time.
