In 1976, Kerry Mormann started his career as an apprentice appraiser. After selling a few houses, he sold a 400-acre ranch and three adjacent ranches totaling 2,000 acres. These were complex transactions with numerous title problems. Kerry enjoyed the challenges involved and decided to specialize in ranches and land.
